摘  要:对印染企业排放的污水进行水质分流,按染料类型分为活性染料废水和其他染料废水并独立设置调节池。在对两股废水均采用初沉/水解酸化/好氧生化/终沉的组合工艺处理前提下,工程运行结果表明:在初沉池、终沉池均不加药剂的情况下,活性染料废水可实现进水COD小于等于2000 mg/L,SS小于等于400 mg/L,色度小于等于400倍,出水可达COD小于等于200 mg/L,SS小于等于80 mg/L,色度小于等于80倍的标准;而其他染料废水只有在初沉池、终沉池加药的情况下才能达到标准。The wastewater discharged from printing and dyeing enterprises was divided into reactive dye wastewater and other dye wastewater according to the dye type,and the regulating reservoir was set up independently.Under the premise that two streams of wastewater were treated by the combined process of primary sedimentation/hydrolytic acidification/aerobic biochemical/final sedimentation,the operation results showed that under the condition that the primary sedimentation tank and the final sedimentation tank were not added with chemicals,the influent COD≤2000 mg/L,SS≤400 mg/L,and chroma≤400 times.The effluent could reach the standards of COD≤200 mg/L,SS≤80 mg/L,and chroma≤80 times.While other dye wastewater could only achieve the above standards under the condition of adding the chemicals into the primary sedimentation tank and the final sedimentation tank.
