Bibliometric Analysis of PubMed Published Papers of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in 2019

摘　　要：目的了解山东大学齐鲁医院(以下简称“本院”)2019年发文情况,分析本院科研现状,为制定合理的科研评价体系提供参考。方法在PubMed数据库检索2019年山东大学齐鲁医院发表的论文,并从发文科室、学科、期刊JCR分区、期刊中科院分区、影响因子、第一作者机构、合作国家/地区7个方面进行分析。结果共检索到2019年发表的论文1132篇,发文数量较多的科室有心血管内科、普通外科、病理科和神经外科,为综合实力较强的科室;发文学科以心血管病学、肿瘤学、普通外科学、病理学与病理生理学为主;期刊JCR分区和期刊中科院分区中一区、二区论文数量均有提升;发文期刊影响因子主要集中在1~7,高影响因子的论文数量有所增加。结论本院发文科室、学科相对集中,发文数量和质量均有所提升,科研水平稳步发展。Objective To understand the publication of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)in 2019;To analyze the present situation of scientific research in our hospital;To provide data reference for establishing reasonable scientific research evaluation system.Methods PubMed database was used to retrieve the articles published by our hospital in 2019,and data about department,discipline,JCR ranking,Chinese Academy of Sciences ranking,journal impact factors,first author institution and cooperative country/region were analyzed.Results 1132 articles were retrieved in 2019.The departments with many papers were with a strong comprehensive strength in our hospital,such as vascular medicine,general surgery,pathology and neurosurgery;the disciplines focused on cardiovascular disease,oncology,general surgery,pathology and pathophysiology;the numbers of Q1 and Q2 papers of JCR ranking and Chinese Academy of Sciences ranking increased;the impact factors of published papers were mainly concentrated in 1~7,and the number of papers with high impact factors increased.Conclusion Departments and disciplines are relatively concentrated;the number and quality of publications have been improved;scientific research has developed steadily.
