摘　　要：文章介绍了公共文化服务体系下城市图书馆信息联盟建设的可操作性及其发展趋势。从信息联盟组织管理协同发展、信息联盟专业资源有效聚合及信息联盟公共服务效率提升3个角度,探索了公共文化服务体系下城市图书馆信息联盟建设的模式,并提出建议:秉持公共文化服务理念、探索多样化信息联盟渠道,依靠数据技术手段、整合复杂化专业信息资源,搭建智能服务平台、制定个性化信息服务模式,完善技术监督管理、提升多维化信息联盟效率。This article mainly introduced the operability and development trend of the construction of information alliance of urban libraries under the public cultural service system.It also explored the mode of construction of information alliance of urban libraries under the public cultural service system from the three perspectives of coordinated development of organization and management of information alliance,effective aggregation of professional resources of information alliance,and improvement of public service efficiency of information alliance,and made suggestions:following the public service principles,exploring diversified information alliance channels,relying on data technology means,integrating complex professional information resources,building intelligent service platform,developing personalized information service mode,improving technical supervision and management,and promoting the efficiency of multi-dimensional information alliance.
