摘　　要：在房地产开发当中,工程造价占据非常重要的地位。对工程造价进行科学化以及合理化的管理,可以降低工程成本。论文结合工程案例,分析造价控制的目标,探讨房地产开发项目施工阶段造价控制的重点问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。In the real estate development,project cost occupies a very important position.Scientific and rational management of project cost can reduce the project cost.This paper combines the project case,analyzes the goal of cost control,discusses the key problems of cost control in the construction stage of real estate development project,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,for reference.
