摘  要:以α,ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷(SR-107)为基胶,甲基含氢硅油(PMHS)为发泡剂,空心玻璃微珠(HGB)为填料,在铂类催化剂及抑制剂的作用下发泡,制备了室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)泡沫隔热材料。针对化学发泡制备的RTV泡沫隔热材料拉伸强度低的问题,以乙烯基MQ硅树脂(VMQS)作为改性剂进行补强。对改性后发泡反应所需PMHS和催化剂的用量进行确定,制备了SR-107与VMQS不同配比的RTV/VMQS泡沫隔热材料。通过测量导热系数、拉伸强度和热重分析等,对RTV/VMQS的隔热性能、力学性能和热稳定性能进行了表征。结果表明,VMQ的补强效果明显,拉伸强度比仅用SR-107为基胶时提高了2.60倍;RTV/VMQS具有较强的热稳定性,其初始热分解温度均在400~415℃之间。An room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV)foam thermal insulation material was prepared by chemical foaming method,usingα,ω-polysiloxanediol(SR-107)as base gum,poly methylhydrogen siloxane(PMHS)as foaming agent,hollow glass beads(HGB)as filler,under the action of platinum catalyst and inhibitor.In view that the tensile strength of RTV foam insulation material prepared by chemical foaming is bad,the RTV foam thermal insulation material was modified,using vinyl MQ silicone resin(VMQS)as modifier.The properties of RTV/VMQS foam thermal insulation material were characterized by thermal conductivity tester.The results show that the mechanical properties of the RTV/VMQS silicone rubber were increased;the tensile strength is 2.60 times higher than RTV;the RTV/VMQS silicone rubber also has strong thermal stability,its initial thermal decomposition temperature is between 400~415℃.
