摘 要:通过旋转圆盘模型实验装置,对胶条喂入冷喂料橡胶挤出机的喂料行为进行实验研究。在不同的圆盘转速下,对卡车轮胎胎面、胎侧和内衬层混炼胶条进行旋转压缩实验,以模拟胶条通过橡胶挤出机喂料口处楔形间隙的过程。实验表明,胶料门尼黏度值对胶条的咬入有影响;重要的是嵌入到胶条中的螺杆螺棱(圆盘)侧面,对胶料有附加的拖曳作用;在楔形间隙末端,胶条断开不是由于剪切切断,而是由于垂直压缩引起的横向压力流动;在胶条通过楔形间隙过程中,具有单个峰值压力分布、明显的温升和功率消耗。这些结果可对冷喂料挤出机的喂料行为进行完整描述,并提供了数学建模的基础。The behavior of feeding rubber strip into cold-feed rubber extruder was studied by the rotary disc model device.The rotary compression experiments were carried out to the strips of truck-tire-tread compound,truck-tire-sidewall compound and truck-tire-iner-liner compound at different disc speeds,so as to simulate the process of rubber strip passing through the wedge gap at the feeding open of rubber extruder.The experiments show that the Mooney viscosity of rubber material has an effect on the bite of rubber strip,and importantly,the side edge of the screw(disc)embedded in the rubber strip has an additional drag effect on the rubber,and at the trail end of the wedge gap,the disconnection of rubber strip is not due to cutting off,but due to the transverse pressure flow caused by vertically compressing,and when the rubber strip passes through the wedge gap,there are the pressure distribution of single peak value,significant temperature rise and power consumption.These results permit a complete description of the feeding behavior of cold-feed extruder and provide a basis for mathematical modeling.
