摘　　要：[目的/意义]BIBFRAME已被许多欧洲国家图书馆接受并尝试应用,通过对其进程调查,明晰BIBFRAME本地化路线,并为我国BIBFRAME发展提供参考。[研究设计/方法]系统调研欧洲国家图书馆在书目数据格式转换、规范文档关联数据化、创新编目系统、书目数据模型建设和关联数据平台应用等方面的工作,及其在BIBFRAME进程中的作用。[结论/发现]欧洲国家图书馆界已经意识到BIBFRAME的推广和应用是其在关联数据化进程中的必由之路,但需要协调BIBFRAME与RDA关系,推动BIBFRAME的全球化发展,并获取来自图书馆和供应商更多的支持。[创新/价值]新的编目规则与新的书目格式如何在编目工作中结合应用,是目前编目领域关注的焦点,欧洲图书馆界的经验将为我国的选择与发展提供借鉴。[Purpose/Significance]BIBFRAME has been adopted by many European national libraries.By investigating its process,the localizing route of BIBFRAME could be clarified.Moreover,it could provide a reference for the development of BIBFRAME in China.[Design/Methodology]Systematic investigation has been conducted from the aspects of converting the bibliographic data format,digitalizing linked authority file,developing new cataloging system,building bibliographic data model and applying linked open data platform in European national libraries,as well as their roles in the BIBFRAME process.[Findings/Conclusion]The European national libraries have realized that the promotion and application of BIBFRAME is inevitable in the process of linked data digitalization.But it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between BIBFRAME and RDA,promote the global development of BIBFRAME,and obtain more support from libraries and suppliers.[Originality/Value]How the new cataloging rules and new bibliography format are integrated and applied in cataloging is the current focus.The experience of the European library community will provide a reference for the selection and development in our country.
