摘　　要：研究目的:分析中国海外耕地投资东道国的空间分布和地缘因素影响路径,为相关部门规划海外耕地投资活动和企业实施海外耕地投资提供决策参考。研究方法:定向政策矩阵分析法、主成分分析法、空间分析法和路径分析法。研究结果:(1)当前中国在各东道国的海外耕地投资规模具有明显的低水平性和分散性;(2)中国的海外耕地投资在东道国层面符合一般投资规律,但是在整体层面的布局存在较大不足;(3)中国海外耕地投资东道国空间集聚效应明显,东南亚地区是中国海外耕地投资的热点区域;(4)地缘关系对中国海外耕地投资呈现着一种复合传导过程,地缘政治是影响中国海外耕地投资规模的关键因素,而地缘政治则受地缘文化的直接影响和地缘经济的间接影响。研究结论:在农业“走出去”战略深入实施和“一带一路”倡议持续推进的时代背景下,中国海外耕地投资东道国已在全球广泛分布,但分布态势较不合理;国家间地缘政治关系是影响中国企业的东道国选择重要方面,相关部门应重视通过地缘政治关系引导中国企业提升海外耕地投资水平。The purpose of this paper is to analysis the spatial distribution of China’s overseas farmland investment host countries and the inf luencing paths of geo-relationship factors to them,then provide reference for government and enterprises to implement overseas farmland investment activities.The methods employed in this paper include improved directional policy matrix,principal component analysis,spatial analysis and path analysis.The results show that:1)China’s overseas farmland investment scale in each host country has obvious low level and dispersion;2)China’s overseas farmland investment conforms to the general investment laws at the host country level,but the overall layout is larger insufficient;3)the host country spatial agglomeration effect regarding China’s overseas farmland investment is obvious,Southeast Asia is a hot spot for China’s overseas farmland investment;4)geo-relationship has a compound transmission process for China’s overseas farmland investment and geopolitics relationship is a key node to affect China’s overseas farmland investment,while geopolitics relationship is directly influenced by geo-culture and indirectly influenced by geo-economics relationship.It is concluded that under the background of the implementation of the“Going Out”strategy for agriculture and the continuous promotion of the“One Belt,One Road”initiative,the host countries of China’s overseas farmland investment has been widely distributed in the world,but the distribution is still unreasonable,and the geopolitical relationship between China and host countries is an important aspect for Chinese companies’host country choice,so the government should pay attention to guiding Chinese companies to improve overseas farmland investment through geopolitical relationships.
