自给还是外包:小农户如何参与土壤保护?——基于社会资本视角的研究

摘　　要：研究目的:分析农业社会化服务背景下社会资本对小农户土壤保护行为的影响,为推动小农户参与土壤保护提供思路。研究方法:基于6个粮食主产省份1007户小农户数据,利用Triple-Hurdle模型分析了社会资本对小农户土壤保护行为的影响。研究结果:社会资本不仅对小农户是否参与土壤保护有显著正向影响,而且促使他们更倾向于通过外包的方式参与土壤保护,并进一步提高了土壤保护参与程度。具体来说,网络规模以及组织信任对农户是否参与土壤保护、土壤保护参与方式以及参与程度均有显著的正向影响;一般信任对农户的土壤保护参与方式,以及对完全自给型与完全外包型农户的土壤保护参与程度有显著的正向影响;社会参与仅对农户是否进行土壤保护有显著的正向影响。研究结论:一方面,应通过培育农村社会组织等方式提升小农户社会资本,为小农户参与土壤保护提供支持,另一方面应加大对土壤保护社会化服务的政策支持力度,提升土壤保护的外包程度。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of social capital on soil conservation behaviors of small rural households against the background of agricultural socialized services,so as to provide ideas for promoting small rural households’participation in soil conservation.The research methods are as follows.Based on micro-data from 1007 small rural households in the six major grain-producing provinces,the Triple-Hurdle model was used to analyze the impact of social capital such as social networks,social trust and social participation in soil conservation behaviors of small rural households.The result shows that social capital not only has a significant positive impact on whether small rural households participate in soil conservation,but also encourages them to participate in soil conservation through outsourcing,and further improves the degree of soil conservation participation.Specifically,the network scale and the organizational trust have a significant positive impact on whether rural households participate in soil conservation,the manner of soil conservation participation,and the degree of participation;general trust has a significant positive effect on the way rural households participate in soil conservation and the degree of participation of fully self-sufficient and outsourcing rural households;social participation only has a significant positive impact on whether rural households carry out soil conservation.In conclusion,the social capital of small rural households should be improved by cultivating rural social organizations to provide support for small rural households to participate in soil conservation.Moreover,policy support for social services of soil conservation should be enhanced to upgrade the degree of outsourcing of soil conservation.
