摘　　要：农民是农村文化建设的主体。要提升农民的精神风貌,需加强农村公共文化服务供给。当前我国农村文化领域的主要矛盾发生重大变化,农民对美好文化生活的需求愈来愈突显,但是总体上农村公共文化服务供给效能不高,农村文化领域出现供需困境,主要存在供给模式单一、供给内容单调和供给设施短缺的问题。因此,亟待加强农村公共文化服务供给,形成农村公共文化服务供给主体的“一体多元”,推动文化供给内容的“花样创新”,创建“互联网+文化服务”线上线下供给新方式,建立健全农村公共文化服务供给监督机制。通过供给机制的有效创新,加快补齐农村公共文化服务短板,提高农村公共文化服务供给质量,促进乡村振兴和全面建成小康社会。The peasant masses are the main body of rural cultural construction.It is necessary to strengthen the supply of public cultural services in rural areas to improve the spiritual outlook of peasants.The current principal contradiction in China's rural culture lies in the increasing farmers'demand for cultural life and inefficient supply of rural public cultural service on the whole.The gap between supply and demand mainly is manifested in an absence of variation in supply mode,monotony in supply content and shortage in supply facilities.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the supply of rural public cultural services by forming the"integrated and diversified"supply bodies of rural public cultural services,promoting the cultural supply contentinnovation,creating a new online-and-offline supply mode of"Internet+cultural services",establishing and improving the supervision mechanism of rural public cultural services supply.Suggestions include accelerating the strengthening the weak links in rural public cultural services,improving the quality of rural public cultural services,boosting rural revitalization and building a moderately well-off society in all respect sthrough effective innovation in the supply mechanism.
