摘　　要：运用新媒体信息技术不断推进网络育人工作是当前的形势所需。网络给高等学校思想政治教育工作带来了机遇和挑战。当前高等学校网络育人工作存在顶层设计亟需强化,体系不完善;平台载体建设不充分,教育效果不明显;内容建设不丰富,网络文化不够繁荣;专业人员缺乏,专业化发展不足等现实问题。对此,要坚持以社会主义意识形态为统领、以“三全育人”为主线、以实际问题为导向的构建原则,优化顶层设计,完善相关工作制度;加强各类网络平台建设和管理,推动融合发展;丰富网络内容建设,促进网络文化繁荣;加强网络工作队伍建设,引导其专业化发展。Times calls for use of the new media information technology to promote the online education.The cyberspace has brought opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.At present,there are some practical problems in the work of online education in Colleges and universities,such as insufficient top-level design hence imperfect system,insufficient platform construction hence moderate educational effect,insufficient content construction hence ill-developed cyberspace culture,insufficient team construction hence inadequate professional development.In this regard,higher education should adhere to the principle of the guidance of socialist ideology,focus on"three aspects of education"and stay guided by practical problems,optimize the top-level design and improve the relevant system;strengthen the construction and management of various network platforms,promote the integration of platforms;enrich the construction of content,promote the prosperity and development of cyberspace culture;strengthen the construction of cyberspace work team,and guide its professional development.
