世界男子自由体操成套动作编排特征及发展趋势研究

摘　　要：在世界体操项目之中,体操单项决策无疑是其中技术发展方面的最高水平代表。本文之中的具体考察对象仅以第44届、第45届世界体操锦标赛男子自由体操单项决赛中的前八名成套技术动作为例,通过录像统计、文献资料及实际访谈等方法的合理运用,实现文章中的分析与研究。结合对具体分析方向的研究可以发现,将这两届世界体操锦标赛中的自由体操成套动作作为研究考查对象,对于我国选手的成套动作编排、技术战略运用以及单一动作的技术发展都是十分具有参考价值的。通过对于结果的综合整理显示,目前阶段中的世界男子自由体操技术水平正在以日新月异的速度飞快发展。高难度动作、新颖动作以及优美动作无疑是项目中的制胜关键。In the world gymnastics project,gymnastics single decision is undoubtedly the highest level representative in technical development.Taking the first eight sets of technical actions in the men’s floor exercises of the 44th and 45th world gymnastics championships as examples,the paper realizes the analysis and research through the rational use of video statistics,literature and actual interviews.Combining with the research of specific analysis direction,it can be found that taking the sets of floor exercises in these two world gymnastics championships as the objects of research and examination is of great reference value for the arrangement of sets of movements,the application of technical strategies and the technical development of single movements of Chinese athletes.The results of the comprehensive collation shows that the current stage of the world’s men’s floor exercise technology is rapidly developing at a rapid rate.Difficult movements,novel movements and graceful movements are undoubtedly the key to winning the project.
