贺氏温通法治疗急性期痛风性关节炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察贺氏温通法治疗急性期痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用三棱针放血治疗;治疗组采用贺氏温通法治疗。采用血沉、尿酸、C-反应蛋白作为检测指标。结果:治疗后两组均有效,但治疗组的好转程度超过对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为90%,优于对照组的83.33%;两组治疗后检测血沉(ESR)、尿酸(UA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)均优于对照组。结论:贺氏温通法治疗急性期痛风性关节炎疗效优于三棱针放血,值得临床推广应用。objective To observe the clinical effect of hershel wentong method inthe treatment of acute gout arthritis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group:hershel wentong method,control group:three edge needle bloodletting.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,uricacid and c-reactive protein were used as detection indexes.Results After treatment,both groups were effective,but the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was better than 83.33%of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of acute gout by hershingwentong method is better than tricrowth needle bloodletting.
