摘  要:针对薄壁轴承套圈加工过程中易出现变形的问题,分析其主要原因为机加工后的残余应力和零件自身内应力较大,定位面平面度不高,装夹力较大,单次磨削量较大,磨削量不均匀,砂轮磨削工艺不合理。提出车轮廓前增加粗车毛坯及去应力工序,车轮廓后增加去应力工序,精研定位面,改变装夹方式,减小单次磨削量,增加半精磨工序,优化磨削工艺的改进措施。经实际加工验证,改进后的加工工艺效果良好,满足要求。Aimed at deformation during processing of thin-walled bearing rings,the main reasons are analyzed as follows:the residual stress after machining and large internal stress of parts,low flatness of locating surface,large clamping force,large single grinding amount,nonuniform grinding amount and unreasonable grinding process of grinding wheel.The improvement measures are put forward,such as adding rough turning of blank and de-stressing process before turning of profile,adding de-stressing process before turning of profile,finishing of locating surface,changing clamping method,reducing single grinding amount,increasing semi-fine grinding process and optimizing grinding process.After actual processing verification,the improved processing technology has good effect and meets requirements.
