摘 要:油气润滑时将石墨烯加入润滑油中形成气液固三相流,研究油气润滑条件下石墨烯对高速轴承温升的影响。基于多相流理论,以B7003CY/P4角接触球轴承为研究对象,建立了轴承腔内油气固多相流的CFD模型,考虑主轴转速、进气速度及石墨烯含量等因素,分析轴承腔内石墨烯粒子的分布状态及温度分布并加以试验验证。试验与仿真结果表明:转速和石墨烯含量对轴承腔内石墨烯分布的影响较大,添加石墨烯后,高速轴承温升明显降低。During oil-gas lubrication,the graphene is added into lubricating oil to form air-liquid-solid three-phase flow.The effect of graphene on temperature rise of high-speed bearing is studied.Based on multiphase flow theory,taking the B7003CY/P4 angular contact ball bearing as a research object,the CFD model of oil-air-solid multiphase flow in bearing chamber is established.Taking the spindle speed,inlet velocity,graphene content and other factors into account,the distribution state and temperature distribution of graphene particles in bearing chamber are analyzed and verified by experiments.The experimental and simulation results show that the speed and graphene content have great influence on graphene distribution in bearing chamber.After addition of graphene,the temperature rise of high-speed bearing decreases significantly.
