摘  要:在静态光谱成像系统中,光谱分辨率的高低取决于最大光程差,即静态光程扫描范围,而传统静态干涉具往往受结构尺寸的限制而分辨率较低。为了在基本保持原有干涉具尺寸的基础上提高系统光谱分辨率,设计了基于弹光调制的光谱成像系统。其由两块光轴反向的Wollaston棱镜将光束分离,再通过弹光调制实现对横向剪切量的静态调制。给出了基于该新型光谱成像结构的总体设计方案,计算推导了横向剪切量随结构主要参数的函数关系。通过仿真分析得到了横向剪切量关于调制晶体尺寸和折射率调制度的函数分布。实验针对中心波长为555 nm的激光光斑进行相干处理及二次成像,实验结果显示,随着调制晶体尺寸的增大,系统横向剪切量线性增大;随着折射率调制度的增大,系统横向剪切量非线性增大,由此验证了其工作机理的可行性。In static spectral imaging systems,the spectral resolution depends on the maximum optical path difference,which is the range of the static optical scanning.The spectral resolution is low due to the size limitations of the structure in traditional static interferometers.In order to improve the spectral resolution of the system based on keeping the size of the original interferometer,a spectral imaging system was designed based on elastic modulation.Two Wollaston prisms,with their optical axes reversed,were used in the system in order to achieve parallel beam separation.The system achieved the static modulation of lateral shear by Photo-elastic Modulation.The overall design was given based on a new spectral imaging structure,and the functional relationship of the lateral shear for the main parameters was calculated and deduced.Through the simulation analysis,the function distribution of transverse shear was obtained about the size of modulation crystal and refractive index modulation.Experiments were performed on the laser spot with the central wavelength of 555 nm for coherent processing and secondary imaging.Experimental results show that as the size of the modulated crystal increases,the amount of transverse shear increases linearly;With the increase of refractive index modulation,the transverse shear of the system increases nonlinearly.From this,it is feasible for the system principle.
