宫颈癌放疗病人自我感受负担、自我效能感与生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：[目的]探讨宫颈癌放疗病人自我感受负担、自我效能感与生活质量的关系。[方法]采用癌症病人自我感受负担量表、中文版癌症病人自我管理效能感量表、宫颈癌病人生活质量测评量表对山西省某三级甲等肿瘤医院的237例宫颈癌病人进行调查。[结果]宫颈癌放疗病人的自我感受负担总分为(27.77±6.37)分,自我效能感总分为(94.75±16.94)分,生活质量总分为(99.23±12.60)分。宫颈癌放疗病人生活质量、自我效能感、自我感受负担之间均有相关性(P<0.05)。结构方程模型显示,自我感受负担对生活质量有直接负向效应,自我效能感对生活质量有直接正向效应,自我效能感在自我感受负担和生活质量之间存在显著中介效应。[结论]医护人员可通过提高病人自我效能感水平,减轻病人自我感受负担,提高病人生活质量。Objective:To explore the relationship of self-sensory burden,self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy.Methods:A survey,involving 237 patients with cervical cancer in a tertiary grade A cancer hospital in Shanxi Province,was conducted by using Self⁃perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy⁃Cervix(FACT⁃Cx).Results:The total score of SPBS among patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy was 27.77±6.37.The total score of SUPPH was 94.75±16.94.The total score of FACT⁃Cx was 99.23±12.60.There were correlation among quality of life,self⁃efficacy and self⁃perceived burden(P<0.05).Structural equation model showed that self⁃perceived burden had direct negative effect on quality of life,self⁃efficacy had direct positive effect on quality of life,and self⁃efficacy played a mediate role between self⁃perceived burden and quality of life.Conclusion:Medical staff could reduce self-perceived burden by improving the self⁃efficacy of patients,so as to improve the quality of life.
