突发公共事件中高校图书馆远程信息服务模式现状与策略研究

摘　　要：突发公共事件给社会服务保障体系带来冲击,图书馆作为社会知识服务保障体系中的一部分,如何进行应急管理,高效地保障信息资源服务成为图书馆转型服务变革的有利契机。该文对中、美、英3国10所高校图书馆在远程模式下的信息服务开展情况介绍,通过借鉴国外图书馆在应急服务模式上的经验,结合我国国情提出图书馆提供远程服务的策略。Public emergencies have brought impact on the social service security system.As a part of the social knowledge service guarantee system,how to carry out emergency management and effectively guarantee information resource service has become a favorable opportunity for the transformation of library service.This paper conducts a network survey of ten university libraries in China,the United States and the United Kingdom to understand information service under the mode of remote education.By learning from the experience of foreign libraries in public emergency service mode,combined with China’s actual conditions,it puts forward the strategy of providing remote information service.
