从阿是穴与穴位敏化的关系探讨针灸治病选穴原则

摘　　要：在临床实践过程中,常应用"阿是之法"来治疗疾病,其形成和发展有着悠久的历史渊源,而穴位敏化是近些年新兴的概念,既有传统中医理论的解释亦有现代科学方面的研究。对于阿是穴与穴位敏化的关系,它们有理论的一致性,同时,穴位敏化理论更是阿是穴理论的继承和发展。在临床应用方面,综合运用传统针灸取穴、阿是穴、穴位敏化理论能够取得更好的临床疗效,文章就阿是穴与穴位敏化的关系来探讨针灸治病选穴原则,以使其理论更好地运用于临床。In the process of clinical practice,‘Ashi method’is often used to treat diseases.Its formation and development have a long historical origin.Acupoint sensitization is an emerging concept in recent years.It has both the interpretation of traditional Chinese medical theory and modern scientific research.For the relationship between Ashi point and acupoint sensitization,they have theoretical consistency.Meanwhile,the acupoint sensitization theory is the inheritance and development of Ashipoint theory.In terms of clinical application,the comprehensive use of traditional acupuncture pointselection,Ashi points and acupoint sensitization theory can achieve better clinical efficacy.Based on the relationship between Ashi point and acupoint sensitization,this article discusses the principle of acupoint selection in the treatment of diseases,so as to make the theory better applied to the clinic.
