国医大师周学文“小剂轻方”治疗脾胃疾病思想探究

摘　　要："小剂轻方"为周学文教授的特色临床用药方式之一。通过对药物剂量及煎服法的调整,使方剂达到更好的临床疗效。文章以《中华人民共和国药典》规定药物用量与周学文教授处方药物用量比对的方式阐述周学文教授"小剂轻方"思想,探究其中医理论渊源及"小剂轻方"与其他医家"以淡养脾"方式异同,并结合周学文教授用药经验探究"小剂轻方"思想在临床上的具体运用。‘Prescription with fewer doses and medicines’is one of the characteristic rules of treatment proposed by professor ZHOU Xue-wen.The main content is adjusting the drug dosage and decoction method to enhance the efficacy of the prescription.By comparing the drug dosage prescribed in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China with that prescribed in professor ZHOU Xue-wen’s prescription,this paper expounds the thought of‘Prescription with fewer doses and medicines’.We also explore the theoretical origin of this thought and the similarities and differences between the thought of professor ZHOU with other doctors’methods of‘medicine of light taste and small dose can treat spleen disease’.Based on professor ZHOU’s experience in medication,we analyses the specific application of the thought in clinical practice.
