摘　　要：基于胃癌前病变现代病理特点及中医发病机制、病机特点,结合胃癌前病变疾病的关键证候要素,从疾病状态、疾病态势及演变规律等方面梳理胃癌前病变的病性是本虚标实,其疾病状态表现为相对稳定状态和不稳定状态两种状态,其疾病病势就是虚实夹杂和寒热错杂。尽管病机矛盾多重复杂且病程长,应全面动态掌握辨治思路,强调需维持胃癌前病变相对稳定的疾病状态,以辨病为主,可专病专方;应减缓不稳定疾病状态,以辨证论治为主,把握好虚实夹杂和寒热错杂的转化,细节上处理好虚、毒、瘀等因素的关系。结合现代医疗手段,识别高危的坏证阶段,改善该病不良预后和转归。Based on the modern pathological characteristics of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and the characteristics of TCM pathogenesis,combing the differentiation and treatment of PLGC from the aspects of disease status,disease situation and evolution pattern.PLGC is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The disease status is characterized by the relative stable state of non-pathogenic factor aggravation and the unstable state of aggravated pathogenic factor aggravation.The disease situation is the intermingled deficiency and excess and intermingled cold and heat.Even the characteristics of TCM pathogenesis are multiple and more complex,it was essential that we should get the knowledge of syndrome differentiation and treatment comprehensively and dynamically.To emphasize that the relatively stable disease state of PLGC was maintained through the treatment according to special prescriptions for PLGC.To avoid the unstable disease state,the treatment of syndrome differentiation was done with grasping the transformation of the mixture of deficiency and excess and the mixture of cold and heat,and dealing with the relationship of deficiency,toxin,blood stasis and other factors in detail.To confirm the high-risk stage of bad syndromes of TCM can improve the adverse prognosis and prognosis of PLGC under the mean of modern medicine.
