摘 要:骨量丢失及骨破坏是类风湿关节炎(RA)疾病进程中造成患者功能障碍等诸多临床问题的重要原因,骨侵蚀是RA性骨病典型病理特征,破骨细胞在其病理机制中发挥着重要作用。NF-κB配体的受体激活剂(RANKL)-NF-κB受体激活剂(RANK)-可溶性诱饵受体骨保护素(OPG)系统与破骨细胞的分化进程是研究热点,近年来中医药通过调控RANKL-RANK-OPG系统干预骨病取得了巨大进展。文章就RANKL-RANK-OPG系统中与骨病相关的各个成分及其功能,以及中医药干预骨病研究进展进行综述,以期为RA性骨病的预防与治疗提供新思路。Bone loss and bone destruction are important causes of patients’dysfunction and other clinical problems in the course of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)disease.Bone erosion is the typical pathological feature of RA osteopathy,and osteoclasts play an important role in its pathological mechanism.RANKL-RANK-OPG system and the osteoclast differentiation process are hot research topics.In recent years Chinese medicine intervention in osteopathy through regulating RANKL-RANK-OPG system has made great progress.The components and functions of RANKL-RANK-OPG system which are related to osteopathy,and the research progress on Chinese medicine intervention in bone disease were summarized in order to provide new way of thinking for RA osteopathy prevention and treatment.
