先秦两汉时期艾灸疗法的内在操作理路考略

摘　　要：笔者通过对先秦两汉时期一系列古文献的梳理、分析发现,先秦两汉时期艾灸疗法的内在操作理路与当时古人"泛鬼论"世界观下的"鬼祟"致病说有着密切的关联。大体而言,此一时期人们认为诸多疾病、尤其热性病证的发生多与"鬼祟"有关,而鬼祟多属赤、阳,按照"同类相治"的朴素原理,灸法的内在操作理路即深刻暗含此一内在认识:即运用"通天法器"阳燧引至阳之"天火"燃烧艾草熏烤或烧灼人体皮肤以达到驱鬼魅、除病邪的目的,这一分析也从侧面解释了学界长期困惑的"热病用灸"的理论依据。Through the analysis of a series of ancient documents in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,the authors find that the internal operating principle of moxa-wool moxibustion in the pre-Qin and Han dynasties is closely related to the‘ghost’pathogenic theory under the ancient world view of‘pan-ghost theory’.In general,the period of people believe that many diseases,especially hot venereal certificate more related to‘ghost’occur,the ghost are red,yang,in accordance with the‘cannibalism’,the simple principle of moxibustion internal operation and understanding the profound implications of this inner knowing:namely using‘tongtian multiplier’Yangsui to yang‘skyfire’burning moxa grass smoked or burning human skin diseases ghosts and evil in order to achieve the purpose of,this analysis also explains the academic confusion over a long period of time from the side of fever with moxibustion theory basis.
