和解少阳法在治疗癫痫中的应用

摘　　要："脏气不平、气机逆乱"是癫痫的基本病机,根据"痫病治气""少阳为枢"这一理论基础,文章总结并提出了和解少阳法治疗癫痫的适应证:①具有柴胡类方经典主证;②具有柴胡类方特殊适应证;③寒热虚实偏颇不明显者。通过系统回顾相关的医家经验和临床研究,文章对比分析了3个常用方的异同。小柴胡汤为和解少阳之基础方,尤其适合有"八主症",或在经期发病,或伴有月经不调的癫痫患者;柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤尤其适合于治疗伴精神症状或阳热症状者;柴胡桂枝汤调畅气机之功效更强,尤其适合于治疗伴有"腹证",或腹气上冲感,或寒热汗出等自主神经症状者。‘Imbalance of visceral qi,disorder of qi movement’is major pathogenesis of epilepsy.According to the basic theories of‘shaoyang is the pivot’and‘the treatment of epilepsy is rectifying the movement of qi’,this thesis summarizes and presents the indications for harmonizing shaoyang to treat epilepsy.Epileptic belongs to the following three situations,is especially suitable for application of harmonizing shaoyang:①Having classic primary syndrome of Radix Bupleuri.②With special indications for radix bupleuri.③The patient’s syndrome differentiation is not obvious.The thesis describes the characteristics of the three formulars in syndrome and treatment,and systematically reviews the physicians’experience,and clinical trials.Xiaochaihu Decoction is the basic prescription for harmonizing of shaoyang,especially suitable for‘eight main symptoms’,menstrual onset,or patients with irregular menstruation.Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction is especially suitable for treating patients with mental symptoms and yang-heat syndrome.Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is especially suitable for regulating qi,which is better at autonomic symptoms such as‘abdominal syndrome’,or sense of abdominal flow,or aversion to cold with fever,and sweating.
