摘 要:目的:分别对蒙药复方那如三味丸组方药物不同配伍方式和不同煎煮方式的样品进行了整体宏观的红外谱学研究以获得其相互作用和药物剂量与复方配伍之间的关系。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合2D-IR同步相关谱技术。结果:组方各单味药水煎液的FT-IR谱图中草乌、诃子、荜拨均具有不同的红外谱峰特征。在分辨率较高的二阶导数谱中,各单味药的谱峰特征明显增强,原一维谱图中的不明显的特征峰也显现出来。对不同配方样品在指纹区2D-IR同步相关谱的分析可知,原方配伍比例样品中的自相关峰的峰数、峰强均较其他配伍方式的样品明显增多和增强,说明原方配伍比例样品中不仅含有较多的对热敏感的物质,且这些物质成分对温度微扰的敏感程度也很高。结论:FT-IR技术用于蒙药复方配伍研究,不仅可以鉴别出各单味药对复方配伍的整体贡献,而且根据谱峰的变化规律可以证明原方配伍的合理性。Objective:To analyze the interaction of Mongolian herbal formula Naru-3 between the doses and compatibility of medicines.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)combined with second derivative IR spectroscopy and two-dimensional IR correlation spectroscopy(2 D-IR)detecting the samples from different processing and compatibility were used to analyze the samples.Results:The FT-IR spectra of water decoction of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii,Fructus Chebulae,Fructus Piperis Longi were different,moreover,it was more obvious the characteristic spectra in 2 D-IR than that in one-dimensional spectra and the enhancement of spectra for single herbal medicines was more obvious too.As for fingerprint areas of spectra for different compatibility of medicines,there were more temperature-sensitive ingredients in original prescription,highly related to thermal perturbation,because the number of self-correlation peaks of original prescription was more than those of other different prescriptions,and the peak intensities were stronger as well.Conclusion:The FT-IR applying to Mongolian herbal formulas could not only figure the contribution of single herbal for prescription but also affirm the rationalities of the original prescription.
