摘  要:目的:探讨定痫汤对癫痫大鼠海马过氧化物酶体增殖因子活化受体γ(PPARγ)通路及神经损伤的影响。方法:采用锂-匹罗卡品大鼠癫痫模型,分别给予定痫汤及定痫汤+PPARγ拮抗剂T0070907进行干预治疗,通过Nissl染色记录大鼠海马不同区域的神经元损伤情况,检测各组大鼠海马PPARγ蛋白表达。结果:定痫汤组海马细胞数、PPARγ蛋白表达均显著多于模型组(P<0.01),定痫汤+T0070907组细胞数、PPARγ蛋白表达均显著少于定痫汤组(P<0.01),与模型组比较无显著差别。结论:定痫汤通过影响PPARγ通路发挥神经元保护作用。Objective:To study the effects of Dingxian Decoction on peroxidase proliferative factor activation receptor gamma(PPARγ)pathway and neuron injury in hippocampus of rats with epilepsy.Methods:The epileptic model of li-pilocarpine was used,and the classic anti-epilepsy prescription‘Dingxian Decoction’and PPARγantagonist T0070907 were respectively given for intervention treatment.The neuron damage in different areas of the hippocampus of the rats was recorded by Nissl staining,and the expression of PPARγprotein in the hippocampus of the rats in each group was detected.Results:The number of hippocampal cells and PPARγprotein expression in Dingxian Decoction group were significantly higher than the model group(P<0.01),but the number of cells and PPARγprotein expression in Dingxian Decoction+T0070907 group were significantly lower than the Dingxian Decoction group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference compared with the model group.Conclusion:Dingxian Decoction plays a neuroprotective effect through influencing the PPARγpathway.
