何氏生骨散外敷治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析何氏生骨散外敷治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的临床效果。方法:选取成都军区八一骨科医院50例(肱骨、胫腓骨、股骨)骨折延迟愈合及不愈合患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组给予阿法骨化醇片、接骨七厘片口服治疗,观察组予以何氏生骨散外敷治疗。记录两组临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及患者满意度状况,并比较治疗前及治疗3个疗程后症状评分(纵轴叩击痛、肢体功能丧失、压痛、肿胀)。结果:观察组临床疗效及患者满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗3个疗程后,两组纵轴叩击痛、肢体功能丧失、压痛、肿胀症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:何氏生骨散外敷治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合具有良好的临床疗效及较高的安全性,于提升患者满意度也有利。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of external application of HEs’Shenggu Powder for the treatment of delayed healing and non-healing fracture.Methods:Fifty patients(humerus,tibiofibula,femur)with delayed healing and non-healing fracture in Bayi Orthopedic Hospital of Chengdu Military Region of PLA were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given Alfacalcitol tablets and Jiegu Qili Tablets for oral treatment.The observation group was treated with external application of HEs’Shenggu Powder.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment and the patient satisfaction were recorded,and the symptom scores(longitudinal axis sputum pain,limb function loss,tenderness,swelling)were compared before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,the scores in longitudinal pain,loss of limb function,tenderness and swelling in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:External application of HEs’Shenggu Powder for delayed healing and non-healing fracture has good clinical efficacy and high safety,which is beneficial to improve patient satisfaction.
