中药戒烟巴布贴联合针刺治疗烟草依赖(痰瘀互结证)临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药戒烟巴布贴联合针刺治疗烟草依赖(痰瘀互结证)的临床疗效。方法:将2018年11月至2019年8月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院的180例患者通过随机数字表法分为3组,巴布贴治疗组和贴针结合治疗组每日予中药戒烟巴布贴进行穴位贴敷,贴针结合对照组每日予安慰剂巴布贴进行贴敷,6h/d,疗程4周,第8周随访,贴针结合两组均联合隔日1次的针刺治疗。比较患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、法氏烟草依赖评估量表(FTND)评分、烟草戒断症状量表(MNWS)评分、戒断率及复吸率。结果:贴针结合治疗组在临床疗效、中医证候积分、FTND评分、MNWS评分、第4周戒断率及第8周复吸率指标较治疗前明显改善,且优于巴布贴治疗组及贴针结合对照组(P<0.05),巴布贴治疗组和贴针结合对照组各项指标结果相当。结论:中药戒烟巴布贴联合针刺能够明显缓解烟草依赖(痰瘀互结证)的戒断症状,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal quit smoking Babu Patch combining acupuncture treating tobacco dependence with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 180 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into three groups.The patients in the Babu Patch group and the combination treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine.The combination control group was treated with placebo Babu.Both 6 h/d,lasted 4 weeks and followed up on the 8 th week.In addition,both groups of using Babu Patch and acupuncture were treated with acupuncture once every other day.Comparison of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,FTND,MNWS,withdrawal rate and relapse rate.Results:The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,FTND score,MNWS score,the 4 th week withdrawal rate and the 8 th week relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and were better than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),and the results of the indexes of the other two groups were similar.Conclusion:The Chinese herbal smoking Babu Patch combining acupunture is effective,and it can obviously alleviate the withdrawal symptoms of tobacco dependence with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
