补肾疏肝方治疗卵巢储备功能减退70例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾疏肝方治疗卵巢功能减退(DOR)的临床疗效。方法:纳入2018年9月至2019年12月在北京中医药大学东直门医院就诊的70例DOR患者,均连续服用补肾疏肝方3个月经周期。观察治疗有效率,比较治疗前后激素和中医临床症状改善情况,并统计患者的妊娠情况。结果:70例DOR患者治疗后的综合疗效总有效率为92.86%(65/70),中医证候疗效有效率为90.00%(45/50)。治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)显著改善(P<0.05),在FSH绝对值升高的患者中下调趋势更为明显(P<0.01);治疗后FSH/黄体生成素(LH)较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);雌二醇(E2)呈现上调趋势。中医症状积分对比显示患者治疗后月经情况及伴随症状明显改善。不孕的DOR患者成功妊娠率为46.67%(7/15)。结论:补肾疏肝方治疗DOR疗效显著,可有效改善FSH、FSH/LH水平,改善月经情况,减轻伴随症状,提高生活质量,值得进一步在临床实践中加以运用和研究。Objective:To observe the effects of Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Formula on treatment of the diminished ovarian reservation(DOR).Methods:Seventy patients from Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 9,2018 to 12,2019 were treated by Kidney-Tonifying and Liver-Soothing Formula for 3 periods.The changes of clinical symptoms and hormone levels,the effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and comprehensive curative effect and pregnancy were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:The comprehensive curative effect rate of 70 patients was 92.86%(65/70)and the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes effect rate was 90.00%(45/50).FSH levels were highly improved after treatment(P<0.05)and it was more obvious in higher-FSH group(P<0.01).FSH/LH levels were decreased after treatment(P<0.01).E2 levels got a tendency to increase.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes showed that the menstrual symptoms were improved.The pregnant rate of infertility patients was 46.67%(7/15).Conclusion:The KidneyTonifying and Liver-Soothing Formula has curative effects of improving the clinical symptoms,FSH and FSH/LH level,menstrual symptoms.Further use and research can be taken in clinical practice.
