摘　　要：岭南罗氏妇科学术思想,本于医经,重视阴阳学说,崇尚易水学派。结合岭南气候文化、岭南疾病谱和地方用药等特点,构建"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴学说,为调经、助孕、安胎提供基本思路。岭南罗氏妇科认为不孕症主要病机是"肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫"生殖轴失调,治疗上应调经培元种子,男女双方注意同查同治,配合膏方、针灸等综合治疗和兼顾身心同治。在用药上,注重阴阳气血平衡。善用南药,用药轻灵,喜用甘、平之药,固护津液。Lingnan LUOs’gynaecology academic thought comes from the medical classics,attaches importance to the yin and yang theory,and advocates the Yishui school.Combining the characteristics of Lingnan climate culture,Lingnan disease spectrum,localmedicine,and constructing the’Kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-Uterine’axis,Lingnan LUOs’gynaecology provides basic ideas for menstruation,pregnancy and abortion.Lingnan LUOs’gynaecology believes that the main cause of infertility is the’Kidney-Tiangui-Chongren-Uterine’axis imbalance.The treatment should be adjusted by strengthening primordial qi seeds,both men and women with the same treatment,combining the ointment and acupuncture,etc.,which were comprehensive treatment,physical and mental treatment.In terms of medication,it is good at paying attention to the balance of yin yang and qi blood,and attaches importance to the Lingnan Chinese herbal medicine,the drug is light,and the drug properties are sweet,resistance,for protecting body fluid.
