基于子午流注探讨五音疗疾机制

摘　　要：五音与子午流注之间有着密切的联系,通过五行理论将子午流注赋予五音属性,使五音与子午流注形成了对应关系。在子午流注的理论基础上研究五音疗疾的机制对五行音乐疗效的发挥有重要意义。文章分析了子午流注在辨时施乐及经络腧穴中的应用,五音与子午流注的关系,以及子午流注择时施乐方法,为五音的临床应用奠定基础,并为因时施乐提供借鉴。There is a close association between five notes and meridional flow,the attribute of meridional flow to five notes is given by the theory of five elements,which forms a correspondence between five notes and meridional flow.It is of great significance to study the mechanism of five notes for disease treatment based on the theory of meridional flow for the effect of five notes.This article analyzed the application of meridional flow in the appropriate application time for the music therapy and meridians and acupoints,the relationship between five notes and meridional flow,as well as the method of the appropriate application time for the music therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory of meridians and collaterals,which lays the foundation for the clinical application of five notes and provides reference for time-related music treatment.
