摘　　要：男子的冲任二脉起于前列腺,其循行经过睾丸、咽喉、唇口等器官,与男子的性别特征和生殖功能有密切关系,以上器官可以反映冲任的状况。肾主生殖,接受五脏六腑之精而藏之,但其不是和所有脏腑都有经络联系,需要借助冲脉才能与它们发生经络联系而完成其藏精功能。冲脉促进肾气的充盛,是精子发生的动力;任脉以通为顺,是精子发生和成熟的架构。冲任二脉与睾丸有密切的关系,临床治疗少弱精子症应该在冲任二脉理论的指导下用药。Men’s thoroughfare and conception channels start from the prostate.It passes through the testis,throat,lips and mouth and other organs,which are closely related to the gender characteristics and reproductive function of men.The above organs can reflect the condition of thoroughfare and conception channels.The kidney dominates reproduction and accepts the essence of the five zang and six fu organs,but it does not have meridian connection with all the viscera,so it needs to use the thoroughfare channel to connect with them and complete its function of collecting essence.Thoroughfare channel is the driving force of spermatogenesis by promoting the filling of kidney qi,conception channel is the structure of spermatogenesis and maturation.There is a close relationship between testis and thoroughfare and conception channels,oligospermia and asthenozoospermina should be treated based on the theory of thoroughfare and conception channels.
