摘　　要：张志远先生治疗胃炎,重在调畅气机,健运脾胃,化浊去湿。结合患者病机及年龄、体质的不同采取相应的治疗措施,力图以平和之药、简便之法达到治疗疾病的目的。先生以内治为主,同时巧妙结合外治法,调整人体气机,疏通瘀滞,恢复胃脘通降功能,则炎症自行消除。先生借鉴前贤经验,活用经方,自创化胃汤、大福汤、六顺丸等验方,使枢机通利、人身安和,临床疗效良好。In treating gastritis,ZHANG Zhi-yuan,one of the TCM masters focuses on regulating qi movement,strengthening the functions of the spleen and stomach,and transforming turbidity and removing dampness in human body.Based on different pathogenesis,ages,and constitutions,accordance treatment is applied,and try to cure the disease with simple methods and calm medicine.The gastritis was relieved or cured by adjusting qi movement,removing obstruction and restoring the function of spleen and stomach in the body with both internal and external treatment.Drawing on the experiences of great physicians in history,professor ZHANG applied the classical prescriptions flexibly,and self-created Huawei Decoction,Dafu Decoction and Liushun Pill and so on,which have good clinical effects so far.
