小建中汤证治辨析

摘　　要：小建中汤为临床治疗虚劳常用方剂,文章从3则临床病案(室女月水不行案、腹痛案、便秘案)探讨小建中汤的临床证治思路及加减方法,并结合《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《肘后备急方》《千金翼方》原文,提炼出小建中汤的证治特点为"上下交损,当治其中";临床应用指征以虚损病后,身体瘦削,面萎疲乏,腹部拘急,喜温喜按,四体沉冷,腰背强痛,五心烦热,纳呆神钝,心悸咽干,失精梦交,喜爱甜食,脉弱无力为主;临床使用禁忌为呕家、实热、阴虚火旺及痰湿内盛者所不宜;且小建中汤中饴糖不可去除。Xiaojianzhong Decoction is a commonly used formula for treating consumptive disease,and this article from three clinical medical record(virgo moon water in no case,abdominal pain,constipation case)in Xiaojianzhong Decoction to discuss the thinking of clinical syndrome and treatment and its modify methods.Combining the original text of Shanghan Lun,Jingui Yaolue,Zhouhou Beiji Fang,Qianjin Yifang,the characteristics of syndrome and treatment of Xiaojianzhong Decoction were’refined as injury up and down so treat the middle’.The clinical indications for use are as follows:thin body,wilted face,fatigue,abdomen anxiousness,liking for warmth and pressing,coldness of the four bodies,the back was strong pain,the five nerves were hot,anorexia and unresponsive,palpitations and dry throat,loss of sperm and dreams,love sweets,weak pulse as mainly.Contraindication of clinical use is not suitable for those who are vomite,solid heat,yin deficiency and fire flourishing,and phlegm-dampness.And the caramel of Xiaojianzhong Decoction cannot be removed.
