刘大新对七情理论的认识、思考与临床应用

摘　　要：七情是人体内脏腑精气对外在环境因素影响的一种应答,对于外界事物,人类表现出的态度和体会代表正常的心理状态,这种正常的心理状态受到不当的外界刺激时,出现过激或抑制的心理状态,就会影响人体的脏腑功能,导致人体阴阳气血的失衡而使人体患病,处于病理状态。中医学认为人体正常的情绪变化不会引起疾病,只有在强烈的刺激下情绪发生激烈的变化,才会对人体的健康造成影响,使人体生理活动处于不平衡的状态,造成疾病,即七情内伤。国家级名老中医刘大新教授精于医理,善于推究,文章就其对七情理论的认识、思考与临床应用进行了总结归纳。Seven emotions is the external environmental factors affect the viscera essence in the human body a kind of response,things for the world and the human’s attitude and experience,on behalf of the normal state of mind,this kind of normal psychological state by improper stimulation,aggressive or inhibit mental state,can affect the body’s viscera function,bring about human body imbalance of qi and blood,yin and yang and make the body ill,in the pathological state.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that normal emotional changes of the human body will not cause disease,only in the strong stimulation of the emotional changes of the intense,will affect the health of the human body,so that the physiological activities of the human body in an unbalanced state,resulting in disease,that is,the seven internal injuries.Professor LIU Da-xin,one of the national famous TCM doctors,is good at medical theory and deducing.This paper summarized his understanding,thinking and clinical application of the theory of seven emotions.
