摘　　要：刘大新教授精于医理,善于推究;在临证中十分重视疾病病因中的无形因素,提出性格与德行也是影响疾病病因的一个重要方面。刘老师认为不同性格特征易患疾病类型有不同倾向,相同疾病在不同性格患者身上,其症状表现、预后往往存在巨大差异,因此在临证过程中,准确把握患者的性格特点至关重要。建立中医思维,重视其差异,给予最适治疗方案,也是中医辨证论治的内在要求。Professor LIU Da-xin is good at medical theory and inquiry.Professor LIU Da-xin attaches great importance to the invisible factors in the cause of disease in clinical practice,and puts forward that personality and moral conduct are also an important aspect affecting the cause of disease.LIU believes that different personality characteristics are prone to different types of diseases,and the same disease in patients with different personalities,the symptoms and prognosis are often greatly different.Therefore,in the clinical process,it is very important to accurately grasp the personality characteristics of patients.It is also the internal requirement of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to establish TCM thinking,pay attention to its differences and give the most appropriate treatment.
