摘  要:中医补肾益精法是治疗脑神经病变和功能性便秘的常用治法之一,体现了异病同治。脑-肠轴是已被现代医学证实存在于大脑和肠道之间的双向信号调节系统,Wnt/Retromer信号通路是最近研究发现的大脑神经细胞与肠道细胞之间的"传令兵",是脑-肠轴的物质基础之一。文章拟从Wnt/Retromer信号通路探讨补肾益精法通过脑-肠轴治疗慢传输型便秘的作用机制,为慢传输型便秘的机制研究和治疗提供参考,为研究补肾益精法脑肠同治的科学内涵提供思路。The invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the common treatments methods for the cerebral neuropathy and functional constipation.And it is a reflection of treating different diseases with same method.The brain-gut axis is a two-way signal regulation system between brain and intestine that has been proved by modern medicine.The Wnt/Retromer signaling pathway is recently identified as’messengers’between brain nerve cells and intestinal cells,which is one of the material bases of the brain-gut axis.In this paper,the Wnt/Retromer signaling pathway was used to investigate the mechanism of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence therapy in the treatment of slow transit constipation by brain-gut axis.It provides the scientific connotation for the study of invigorating the kidney and replenishing essence therapy for the treatment of brain and intestine diseases.
