摘　　要：衰老是几乎所有神经退行性疾病最关键的危险因素,脑老化会引起记忆力下降等一系列脑功能改变。中医学认为五脏藏神可以协调认知过程,五脏生理功能发生变化尤其是肾藏象功能虚衰与衰老学习认知功能障碍关系密切。因此,文章从"肾脑相关"理论出发,深入探讨了肾与脑如何在生理结构和功能上协调配合,从而共同主宰学习记忆的形成、储存、提取等过程,以及二者关系失调对衰老学习记忆功能障碍的影响。Senility is the most critical risk factor for almost all neurodegenerative diseases.Brain aging can cause a series of brain function changes such as memory decline.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the five zang-organs can coordinate the cognitive process,and the physiological functions of the five zang-organs change,especially the deficiency of kidney function,which is closely related to the decline of learning and cognitive functions with senility.Therefore,based on the theory of’kidney-brain correlation’,this paper deeply discussed how the kidney and brain coordinate with each other in the physiological structure and function,so as to jointly dominate the formation,storage,extraction and other processes of learning and memory,and the influence of the imbalance between kidney and brain on the decline of learning and memory function in senility.
