摘 要:目的:建立复方槐花口服液中8种有效成分没食子酸、原儿茶酸、绿原酸、香草酸、芍药苷、橙皮苷、芦丁和鞣花酸一测多评的方法,并证明该方法在复方槐花口服液质量标准评价中的可行性及准确性。方法:以芦丁为内标,建立没食子酸、香草酸、芍药苷、绿原酸、橙皮苷、鞣花酸和原儿茶酸的相对校正因子,计算其他7种成分的含量,同时采用一测多评法和外标法测定复方槐花口服液中8种有效成分的含量,比较计算值与实测值之间的差异,以验证一测多评方法在实测中的可行性及准确性。结果:以芦丁为内标建立的各相对校正因子重复性良好,8种有效成分一测多评法结果与外标法实测结果无显著性差异。结论:一测多评法可用于复方槐花口服液的定量分析,且实验操作简便、结果准确。Objective:To establish a method for the evaluation of 8 active ingredients in compound Huaihua Oral Liquid,such as gallic acid,raw catechin acid,chlorogenic acid,vanilla acid,paeoniflorin,orange peel glycosides,rutin and tannic acid,and to prove the feasibility and accuracy of this method in the assessment of the quality standard of compound Huaihua Oral Liquid.Methods:Taking rutin as the internal standard,the relative correction factors of gallic acid,vanilla acid,paeoniflorin,chlorogenic acid,orange peel glycosides,tannic acid and raw catechin acid were established,the content of other 7 components was calculated,and the content of 8 active components in compound Huaihua Oral Liquid was determined by external standard method,and the difference between calculated value and measured value was compared.In order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the multievaluation method in the measurement.Results:The relative correction factors established with rutin as internal standard have good repeatability,and there is no significant difference between the results of 8 active components and the measured results of the external standard method.Conclusion:QAMS method can be used for quantitative analysis of compound Huaihua Oral Liquid,and the experimental operation is simple and accurate.
