摘　　要：目的:研究"老十针"缓解老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者氩氦刀冷冻治疗相关疲乏的临床疗效。方法:收集自2015年6月至2018年6月期间老年晚期NSCLC接受氩氦刀冷冻治疗并出现疲乏症状患者共63例,分为针刺治疗组32例("老十针"+基础药物治疗)和对照治疗组31例(仅予基础药物治疗),比较两组疲乏程度评分、疲乏中医症状评分和生活质量评分(KPS)。结果:术后1周,针刺治疗组疲乏程度评分较对照治疗组显著降低(P<0.05),且针刺治疗组术后1周评分比术后当天亦显著下降(P<0.05);针刺治疗组患者体倦乏力、气短懒言、食少纳呆症状评分较对照治疗组显著降低(P<0.05);对照治疗组术后1周KPS评分比术后当天显著降低(P<0.05),而针刺治疗组术后1周虽有下降,但差异无统计学意义。结论:"老十针"能有效缓解老年晚期NSCLC患者氩氦刀冷冻治疗相关疲乏状态,减轻体倦乏力、气短懒言、食少纳呆症状,减少氩氦刀冷冻治疗对生活质量的影响,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of’experienced ten acupoints’relieving fatigue on elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)after argon-helium cryoablation.Methods:A total of 63 elderly NSCLC patients with fatigue symptom were divided into 2 groups from June 2015 to June 2018.GroupⅠincluding 32 patients were given the treatments of’experienced ten acupoints’and symptomatic therapy.GroupⅡincluding 31 patients were given the treatments of symptomatic therapy only.Degree of fatigue,symptomatic score of traditional Chinese medicine,and the Karnofsky performance score(KPS)were observed and analyzed.Results:One week after operation,the total score of degree of fatigue in groupⅠwas lower than those of groupⅡ(P<0.05).And the score of one week after operation in groupⅠdecreased than the day after operation(P<0.05).Score of body tired fatigue,laziness to speak,loss of appetite of groupⅠwere lower than groupⅡafter 1 week(P<0.05).KPS of groupⅡdecreased 1 week after operation(P<0.05),while the KPS of groupⅠdecreased,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:’Experienced ten acupoints’could help elderly patients with advanced NSCLC relieving fatigue,reducing the body tired fatigue,laziness to speak,loss of appetite,and improving quality of life after argon-helium cryoablation.
