摘　　要：目的通过对2011-2017年乌鲁木齐市新发现15~24岁艾滋病群体进行研究,了解该市疫情流行情况。方法采用流行病学现况调查方法。利用2011-2017年乌鲁木齐市艾滋病综合防治系统中现住址为乌鲁木齐市的15~24岁艾滋病毒感染者和艾滋病人(HIV/AIDS)的信息,采用描述性统计及趋势卡方检验等方法,结果采用SPSS 23.0进行分析。结果2011-2017年乌鲁木齐市共新发现15~24岁HIV/AIDS 706例,男性所占比例存在上升趋势,且以同性传播为主。样本来源主要来自全市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(Voluntary Counseling Testing,VCT)和医疗机构门诊,而羁押人群检测和术前检测则呈下降趋势。七年来,新发现HIV/AIDS的民族分布(χ^2=-5.885,P<0.001)、受教育程度(χ^2=-7.999,P<0.001)、性行为接触史(χ^2=-5.842,P<0.001)差异均有统计学意义。结论乌鲁木齐市15~24岁群体艾滋病防控形势依然严峻,需加强对该群体艾滋病的宣传教育。Objective To understand the epidemic situation of AIDS in Urumqi through a study on newly discovered AIDS cases aged 15~24 from 2011 to 2017.Methods The epidemiological survey method was used.The data of HIV/AIDS patients aged 15~24 and who lived in Urumqi were collected from AIDS Comprehensive Control System in 2011-2017.The descriptive statistics and trend chi-square test were used,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 23.0.Results A total of 706 HIV/AIDS cases aged 15 to 24 were newly discovered in Urumqi from 2011 to 2017.The proportion of males increased,and homosexual transmission was dominant.The samples mainly came from Voluntary Counseling Testing(VCT),and outpatient clinics of medical institutions,while the detection and preoperative detection of detainees showed a downward trend.In the seven years,statistically significant differences were found in the ethnic distribution(χ^2=-5.885,P<0.001),educational level(χ^2=-7.999,P<0.001)and sexual contact history(χ^2=-5.842,P<0.001).Conclusion The situation of AIDS prevention and control in the age group of 15~24 is still severe.It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and education of AIDS among this group.
