摘  要:皮肤浅部真菌病在我国流行范围广,是一种常见病,发病几率高。目前用来治疗皮肤浅部真菌病的药效果虽好但是副作用大、易出现耐药性,而中药制剂对皮肤浅部致病真菌有抑制作用,药效好,不易出现耐药性,对人体的副作用小。而且中药价格相对便宜,对皮肤浅部真菌病致病菌有长期且预防性的作用。本文采用高通量测序技术研究中药制剂对致病菌的抑制效果,发现其信号通路,进一步筛选中药中对皮肤浅部真菌病致病菌的成分、提高靶向治疗皮肤浅部真菌病的治疗效果,为临床治疗真菌新药提供理论依据。Superficial dermatomycosis,a common disease with high incidence,is widely popular in China.At present,the medicines used in the treatment of superficial dermatomycosis have good effect,but they are also with large side effects and prone to drug resistance.The traditional Chinese medicine mixture has greatly inhibitory effect on superficial dermatomycosis.It is not prone to drug resistance and has small side effects on human body.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine is relatively cheap and has a long-term preventive effect on the pathogenic bacteria of superficial dermatomycosis.In this study,high throughput sequencing technology is used to investigate the inhibitory effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation on pathogenic bacteria to find its signal pathway and further screen the components of traditional Chinese medicine that have effects on pathogenic bacteria of superficial dermatomycosis,in order to improve the therapeutic effect of targeted treatment of superficial dermatomycosis and provide a theoretical basis for new fungal drugs in clinical treatment.
