摘  要:目的探讨农村生活饮用水细菌总数与相关指标的关系,控制饮用水中细菌学水质安全。方法2019年8~11月对苏北某地区多个农村集中式供水水厂及周围供水村庄共26个监测点进行水样采集。对采集的水样进行水质检测,并将检测的所有指标数值分别与水样的细菌总数进行相关性分析。结果在所采集的26份水中,合格水样11份,合格率为42.31%。超标率由高到低的指标有:菌落总数、游离余氯、总大肠菌群、耗氧量、肉眼可见物、浑浊度、耐热大肠菌群及大肠埃希氏菌。在相关性分析中,浑浊度与细菌总数之间呈正相关(r=0.424,P<0.05);耗氧量和细菌总数之间呈显著正相关(r=0.549,P<0.05);游离余氯与细菌总数之间呈负相关(r=-0.422,P<0.05)。结论影响农村生活饮用水细菌总数的因素很多,饮用水中浑浊度、耗氧量及游离余氯与细菌总数相关,需综合考虑采取有效措施,保障农村水质卫生安全。Objective To investigate the relationship between the total number of bacteria and the related indicators of rural drinking water,so as to control the water quality security of drinking water.Methods From August to November 2019,water samples were collected from 26 monitoring points in rural centralized water supply plants and their surrounding villages in the north of Jiangsu Province,and they were tested for water quality.The correlation between the total number of bacteria and other indexes was analyzed.Results There were 26 water samples,11 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 42.31%.The indicators exceeding the standard are in descending order were the total number of bacteria,free residual chlorine,total coliforms,oxygen consumption,visible matter,turbidity,thermotolerant coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli.There was a positive correlation between the turbidity and the total number of bacteria(r=0.424,P<0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between the oxygen consumption and the total number of bacteria(r=0.549,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the free residual chlorine and the total number of bacteria(r=-0.422,P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the total number of bacteria in rural drinking water.Turbidity,oxygen consumption and free residual chlorine in rural drinking water are related to the total number of bacteria.It is necessary to take effective measures to ensure rural water quality safety.
