摘  要:目的分析平顶山市2017年报告的2例人感染H7N9禽流感病例的流行病学特点,为人感染H7N9禽流感的防控提供依据。方法采用流行病学个案调查与描述性流行病学相结合方法,收集与分析2例确诊病例的流行病学相关资料,利用Real-time PCR方法检测H7N9禽流感病毒核酸。结果2例病例为散发病例,均否认有禽类接触史,在第2例病例居家附近的农贸市场检出有H7N9阳性标本。2例病例的密切接触者均未出现不适症状。2例病例均存在首诊漏诊、多次转诊等现象。结论人感染H7N9禽流感的各项防控措施仍需加强,尤其是加强监测,加强对活禽交易及活禽市场的管理,开展对医疗机构特别是基层医疗机构的培训。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 2 cases of human infection with H7 N9 flu virus in Pingdingshan,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of H7 N9 infection.Methods The epidemiological data of 2 cases of human infection with H7 N9 flu virus in Pingdingshan were collected and analyzed by epidemiological case study combined with descriptive epidemiology.The Real-time PCR method was used to detect the nucleic acid of H7 N9 flu virus.Results The 2 cases were sporadic,both of them denied the history of avian exposure.Positive H7 N9 samples were detected from the farm market near the residence of second case.No abnormal symptoms were found among people who had close contact with 2 cases.In both cases,the phenomenon of missed first diagnosis and multiple referrals occurred.Conclusion The prevention and control of H7 N9 infection still need to be strengthened,especially the enhancement of the surveillance,the management of live poultry trading and live poultry markets,and the training for medical institutions,particularly grassroots medical institutions.
