摘 要:目的分析广州市2015-2018年肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)流行特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学分析方法对2015-2018年广州市肾综合征出血热疫情进行分析,采用集中度和圆形分布对出血热季节性趋势进行分析。结果2015-2018年广州市肾综合征出血热发病559例,年平均发病率1.02/10万。地区分布以海珠区(198例)、白云区(90例)和天河区(60例)为主;季节性集中度为0.4,圆形分布结果显示,每年的高峰日为3月1日,流行期为12月3日~次年6月18日;男女比为3.14∶1;30~50岁组发病数占发病总数的48.84%;职业分布以家务及待业人员(31.84%)和商业人员(27.01%)为主。结论广州市2015-2018年肾综合征出血热流行趋势发生了一定变化,防控策略应进行适当调整。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)in Guangzhou from 2015 to 2018,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis method was used to analyze the epidemic situation of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Guangzhou City from 2015 to 2018.Concentration and circular distribution were used to analyze the seasonal trend of hemorrhagic fever.Results From 2015 to 2018,there were 559 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Guangzhou,with an average annual incidence of 1.02/100000.The regional distribution was mainly in Haizhu District(198 cases),Baiyun District(90 cases)and Tianhe District(60 cases).The seasonal concentration was 0.4,and the circular distribution results showed that the peak day of each year was March 1,and the epidemic period was from December 3 to June 18 of the following year.The male to female ratio was 3.14∶1;the number of cases in the 30~50-year-old group accounted for 48.84%of the total number of cases.Occupational distribution was dominated by household and unemployed workers(31.84%)and business workers(27.01%).Conclusion The epidemic trend of HFRS in Guangzhou City from 2015 to 2018 has changed,and prevention and control strategies for HFRS should be adjusted appropriately.
