摘　　要：本文主要介绍了光缆产品护套双色条挤出技术。阐述了在多根光缆同槽或同管敷设时双色条外护在辨识度上的优势;简单的介绍了色条光缆的特点和色条挤塑的方法;详细介绍了双色条光缆的生产工艺流程、工艺改善和生产中可能出现的问题;最后分析了色条光缆未来的发展方向和发展前景。This paper introduces the extrusion technology of fiber optic cable sheath.The advantages of two-color strip outer protection in the identification degree when multiple optical cables are laid in the same channel or in the same pipe are described.The characteristics of color strip optical cable and the method of color strip extrusion are briefly introduced.The production process,process improvement and possible problems in the production of double color fiber optic cable are introduced in detail.Finally,the future development direction and prospect of color fiber optic cable are analyzed.
