摘  要:随着光纤预制棒制备技术的提升,制备效率速率及预制棒的尺寸得到大幅度提升。而相应的检测设备能力未能跟上,市场上并没有能完成大尺寸光棒几何参数尤其是芯包同心度参数检测功能的设备。基于技术突破需求,本文从光棒的物理特性出发,分析并建立光学成像法检测芯包同心度的的理论模型,并提出了检测系统的搭建方案。通过试验验证并与最终产品光纤检测结果对照,验证方法可行性。With the improvement of fabrication technology of optical fiber preform,the fabrication efficiency and preform size have been greatly improved.However,the corresponding testing equipment cannot keep up with the market,and there is no equipment that can complete the geometric parameters measurement of large-size optical fiber preform,especially the concentric parameters of core and clad.Based on the demand of technological breakthrough,this paper analyzes and establishes the theoretical model of optical imaging method to measure the concentricity of core and sheath from the physical characteristics of optical fiber preform,and puts forward the construction scheme of measurement system.The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments and compared with the final product optical fiber results.
