三菱变频器CC-Link网络运行模式构建及应用研究

摘　　要：在三菱变频器的运行模式中,网络运行模式能够减少硬接线,配合PLC进行系统构建。变频器运行频率通过网络给定,实现精准的频率给定。与外部运行模式相比网络运行模式在变频器远距离安装应用上具有一定优势。本文以某汽车厂喷房排风风机的控制为例,详细说明了三菱变频器CC-Link网络运行模式的构建及应用过程。In the operation mode of Mitsubishi Inverter,the network operation mode can reduce the hard wiring and cooperate with the PLC to construct and change the system.And the operating frequency of the converter is set through the network to achieve accurate frequency setting.Compared with the external operation mode,the network operation mode has some advantages in the remote installation application of frequency converters.Taking the control of a spraying-room exhaust fan in an automobile factory as an example,this paper explains in detail the construction and application process of the CC-Link network operation mode of Mitsubishi Inverter.
