摘 要:探讨火驱中剧烈的相变作用对驱油效果的影响。使用数值模拟软件CMG中的Winprop模块建立了典型四相七组分相态模型,利用STARS模块研究了火驱过程中相变作用对驱油效果和燃烧特征的影响,总结了不同程度相态变化对火驱提高采收率的作用。模拟表明,剧烈的相变作用降低了火驱的最高温度,扩大了热量的波及范围,导致相同时间内火驱效果增强。稠油中轻质含量越多,相变作用越强。相变作用一定程度上帮助油藏保持压力和增加地层能量;同时,可动流体增多,燃烧程度加剧,产生更多的CO 2,强化烟道气驱油效果,加快采油速度,提高采收率。火驱过程中相变作用越剧烈,驱油效果越好。The effect of intense phase change on oil migration in combustion drive is discussed in the paper.Winprop module of CMG is used to establish a typical four phase&seven component phase state model,effects of phase change on oil displacement and combustion characteristics in the process of fire flooding are studied by using STARS module,and effects of different degrees of phase change on oil recovery by fire flooding are summarized.The simulation results show that severe phase change reduces the maximum temperature of combustion drive,expands the heat sweep range and enhances the effect of fire flooding in the same time.The more light content in heavy oil,the stronger the phase transition.The increase of movable fluid intensifies the combustion and leads to the production of more CO 2.It enhances the effect of flue gas flooding,accelerates the rate of oil recovery and improves the recovery factor.The more intense the phase change in the process of fire flooding,the better the oil flooding effect.
