摘　　要：针对产品创新过程中冲突确定时的定性判断存在的冲突区域不确定性等问题,提出了故障树和根原因相结合的冲突解决方法。从系统的理想状态出发明确问题的解决目标,应用故障树从系统的各个方面寻找失效问题的原因,通过最小割集定义导致问题的失效形式,以根原因映射分析来明确导致冲突的最本质因素,引入功能失效分析确定冲突的核心区域,并将该问题转化为标准的工程参数来描述,选择合理的发明原理或分离原理解决,提高了寻找最优解的准确性。以封隔器失效问题为实例,应用上述冲突解决方法提出了金属橡胶封隔器胶筒设计方案,提高了其坐封能力和可靠性,验证了该冲突解决过程的可行性和有效性。In this article,aiming at the uncertainty of the conflict area in the qualitative judgment of conflict identification in the process of product innovation,the method of conflict resolution which combines fault tree and root cause is put forward.The target of problem solution is defined clearly by the ideal state of the system.FTA is applied to identify the failure reasons from all aspects of the system.The minimum cut set is defined as the failure form and the root-cause mapping analysis is conducted to work out the conflict-induced factors in nature.Then,the function-failure analysis is carried out to determine the core regional of conflict and it’ll be transformed into the engineering parameters of TRIZ which are the standard description for the problem.At last,the reasonable invention or separation principle is adopted.This process improves the accuracy in seeking for optimal solutions.With the packer failure as an example,the design scheme of metal-rubber packer cartridge is worked out by applying the above conflict-resolution method,which improves its setting ability and reliability on one hand and verifies that the conflict-resolution process is both feasible and effective on the other hand.
